Bath Time!!

Oh I love bath time!
When Georgia Paige first came home, we were more than excited when we could finally give her a bath! It no doubt was a two person deal but it was fun. Somebody always had to make sure her head was staying up so she wouldn't go under while the other was cleaning out the cracks.

We were no doubt newbies at this and wasn't quite sure the best way to bath her...instead we were leaning over the bath tub...breaking our backs trying to get in a little tub time.

Now GP is growing up to be such a big girl, we don't have to worry so much about the head so we have moved to the kitchen sink! She is such a goof...but loves the water....as you can tell from the multiple hands in the picture.. it is still more than a one man job!!

Food

Oh...welcome to the land of baby food!
I got this fabulous little gadget for Christmas called the baby bullet...so I am now making all of GP's baby food. I can buy one sweet potato at the store...and in just a few seconds...I have a weeks worth of baby food for next to nothing! Not to mention...I made it and therefor I know what was put in it. Well the sweet potatoes were a huge success so this week we are venturing off with bananas....

Happy Valentine's Day!!

This is my newest valentine!!  She decided she wanted to wear her festive cardigan to daycare for the occasion. She was very excited about it as you can tell from her facial expression. When I found this shirt at a consignment shop I had to have it for this very holiday. AH...what will I put her in at Easter!! haha

So yesterday we ventured to the doctors office for our 4 month check up! This little ham did nothing but show off. She babbled to the doctor and showed her how she can lay on her tummy, grabbed her feet...etc.. Then she found herself in the mirror...oh she liked that a lot...she couldn't really figure out how to get that baby in the mirror though..she tried but didn't get anywhere. Her new stats....

4 Months Old!

My little lady is growing up like a weed! Yesterday she was four months old. She accomplished a major feet on her big day. She officially rolled over and propped herself up on her elbows. She finally got to see the world, well our living room, from a different angle. She worked so hard at it that she tuckered herself out....which allowed me to capture this shot of her....

We also think pants are extremely overrated!!  :)

and three becomes four...

I always knew I would like to have a couple of kids...just never really knew when that would happen. Georgia Paige joined us in September and we will add one more about the same time this year. We are very excited about our expanding family and can't wait to share the stories...

Look at me!!

The Bumbo Seat!! If you don't have one for your baby...you need to get one. If you need a great idea for a baby gift...this is the way to go! It comes with a tray so you don't have to put their food on the table, fight with a plate, or put them in a nasty high chair. GP has started sitting in hers to help with learning how to hold her head up.

In a side note...my desk is very messy...that continues to be a work in progress!! ha
